This is the correct interpretation of what's stated in the Company announcement viz. .02 cents per share.
should be S$0.0002 per share.
The attached SGX report says 0.02 cents. Did I read it wrongly?? PLease advise

Maybe they thinking is don't merge maybe hit 0.01 soon.
But if merge, got more bandwidth to fall.
To conclude, actually more of bc their share price too cheap, not representative. Thus merging is the best answer.
