i agree with Forglory...it may be tempting la..especially seeing it touch the $1 today...however do note that only 32 lots were done at that price....and ppl who jump in at that are taken over by greed...let's just wait and confirm a little more while...its been going up up up recent days...think we might experience some pullbacks la... just my opinion
