I think most prob he is being hidden by sympathisers ba... I hear some people say that they don't believe he is really the leader of the terrorist group because he is just a small time technician; if got so much ability he probably would be doing sth else le... so if got ppl believe in his innocence, maybe got sympathisers who will hide him...
And honestly, sg although small, but so densely populated. If got just 1 family willing to take him in, he can probably stay inside a hdb for years also nobody can find him out unless police raid every single home.
I think govt shld start taking national wide steps like those they took for sars. Flush him out, otherwise like that drag until when?
don't under estimate him and JL... and Singapore must stay united.. the problem now is with over 4 million people here how many are real Singaporean and how many of them sink their roots here for good?
Honestly in Singapore there is no way for anyone to escape the police once his identity is known. With his pictures all over Singapore, if he were still here, he would be caught in no time. Unfortunately he was not caught after so many days. So we can guess he is not in Singapore. If he is, then could anyone harbour or dare to harbour him? Possible. If his JI members are still lurking in Singapore, or his relatives are trying to hide him, it means he is still in Singapore.
Other than that, at the time of his escape, we know he has no money in his pocket, no bus card, no phone. How he managed to get where is a mystery.
T shirt for Indon, should print Selamat Datang, as there are plenty islands for lent. As for Malaysia, it should print Jangan Datang, causing traffic jam at checkpoints is the problem. Ha Ha

1. Selamat maybe in belakang mati. (Possible swam to Belakang Mati after his escape)
2. Maybe he already mati belakang. (He tried to hide but cannot find food to survive and could have been dead. So he already mati)

I didn't follow this closely so I may be wrong. My impression is that only few days after the fellow has escaped then did the police released info on what he was wearing.... When we heard on the radio, was thinking by then that chap should have already changed clothes. I thot we are a very efficient country so at the point of that chap escaping, such info should probably be released within 24 hours. They should see cctv immediately. The authority probably too complacent think they are very smart but actually they k kiang only.

why they never think his escape is planned and he probably sleeping at home or somewhere in his friend's house??
