It's time to load some before it fly high...
I think this is a great value stock.  Dividend (great dividend yield in times of high inflation-infact beats inflation) goes on coming to the bank.
Everyone understands this bussiness. I like. :)
Market don't like 6 cents
Announced 6c div
Looking for special dividend soon...
Fall quite a bit these few days......no one wants the dividend in a few months if I am correct......
Any bad news that you guys aware of???
buy more recently.....gain a bit.....................jus a matter of time if sentiment is good

in fact, I was hoping it drop to less than 60, 50 cents but it seems difficult....
At current price of $0.66 and it cash/share is more than $0.66 and it NAV around $1.566....Metro become very very attractive again........
at current price, stamfordland has more valued than metro, considering it will recognize it 2 residential developments in sydney soon....potential of special dividend.....
More growth for stamford land compared to metro....metro got no catalysts at sight but stamford land got quite a few.......when they start development in the sydney hotel's site..that will be very positive...just look at  their office building in perth......the developments is sydney is much bigger......

this is a dividend-focus stock, conservative management holding cash to play safe in time of crisis, AND  shareholders are largely contented and no juicy story for the market players to act ...
Now even  Warren E. Buffett of   Berkshire Hathaway Inc.  also under pressure to buy back shares because BHI is under-valued stock too.....
will Metro board under pressure to buy back shares, how much to buy ??? LOL....

An undervalued stock. NAV is about $1.25. The disappointing thing is the management is hoarding the cash and not making any moves to reward the shareholders (i.e. special dividends or even investing in new projects)
Check out this blog  sgxequities.blogspot.com/
It's always the case, so buy before it happens and sell before ex-date, earn from the surge.  Not worth it to get the 'reward'.

Hi All
The special div those people mentioned is it bonus issue 1 : 5 ? Then where got div ? after giving bonus the share price will come down ...similar cases like Cheung Woh....last year " To reward royal shareholder bonus issue bah bah " ... & like Tat Hong :" To reward share holder gave bonus warrant " (Hardly traded )....  All no use one..
