Today on Straits Times analyst projected Liam Beng target price $1.32. Chip E S is a much much bigger company with much much more profits, business and prospective. So Target should be $2...... ?

Lazyhorse, High labor and material cost ?? Unfortunately there are many loop holes and this is what most construction companies try to take advantage of it. For example, how to keep track of how many hrs of overtime the foreign workers actually do ? Where to find them to verify after they go back to their home land. The increase in material cost is not quite significant (actually they have already solved the sand issue way before this was made public). In conclusion, transparency is most important. I think CES will report truthfully their results. Some property developers need to outsource to a construction company to built thus incurring additional cost, in CES's case, they can take out from one pocket and put into the other as they are both the property developer and contractors. Has to be better than expected.
