China stocks suddenly chong after 3pm.. This one chong the most.. wan to key in at 0.63 suddenly jump to 0.65 liao damn fast the movement of BB..

As indicated 1Q08 sales down 10% DUE TO CHINA SNOWSTORMS. As for margins expected to have come under further pressure on back of rising pork and flour prices, likewise the selling price of products will be adjusted. Nobody is going to run a bussiness at a loss.Just like any other commodities,e.g. fuel,rice,coffee flour,etc when prices goes up, it will be adjusted upward. When prices go down, it will be slowly slowly adjusted, hopefully downward. Cheers and good luck. Caveat Emptor

Notes company warns 1Q08 sales will fall by up to 10% on year due to China snowstorms, margins expected to have come under further pressure on back of rising pork, flour prices. Broker says target price cut reflects shift in assumed FY09 P/E ratio to 6X from 12X "due to the dismal near-term outlook and high execution risks." Share down 4.8% at S$0.40; STI down 1.1%. (KIG) ......................Like that also can, suka suka downgrade 50% from 77 cents to 35 cents. This kind of stock call, aunties and uncles also can make. Looks to me that it's almost time we can bottom fish this counter liao.

 

If you want to buy, buy below 25 cents if target price is now 35.

Synear?s management issued a profit warning for 1Q08, guiding a sales decline of
up to 10% yoy, which was blamed on snow storms in January which hurt
transportation and sales. Margins are also expected to come under more pressure
from rising prices for key raw materials. We have reduced our FY08-10 EPS
estimates by 7.3-8.2% on lower sales volume and margin assumptions, and cut our
target P/E to 6x on CY09 earnings from 12x, due to the dismal near-term outlook
and high execution risks. Accordingly, our target price falls to S$0.35 from S$0.77.
Downgrade to Underperform from Trading Sell.

 

well..the way i see it...mkt already factor in the drop of Q12008 earning...and now that is more or less been "admitted" , i guess this burger should stabilised or trend up...personally i think many of my SHORTIST comrade JOKERS over-SHORTed !!! hee...anyway....
