Hong Leong Asia has strong fundanmentals and is traditionally a strong counter to be reckoned with. It should do better now especially with an improving China economy

The recent profit warning is for financial year ended 31 Dec 2012, a lot already reflected in previous quarterly reports.
The sell down probably from some panic seller, which provide a good opportunity to enter.
Very likely to go back to $1.8x.
Invest a lot in china.
if china recovers, it should be 1 of the beneficiaries.
may be can bet some??
profit warning but still got profit.
range bound 1.65 to 1.8+.
can trade between this range.
OR don't touch it at all???????

HL Asia is known to be " S-chip" with Singapore management.

Wow, continue yesterday's momentum, gap up & shoot up to $1.93 immediately after open. 
I also did observe that. Maybe someone short the counter?
This one has rally recently & today still moving up since morning. Any news brewing? 
In the past there were a lot of noise about HLA diversifying they US listed associate co and hence possibly cash disbursement. Many analyst were also caught as the diversification did not materialised. Nowadays there is hardly any analyst covering HLA.
I wonder where did all the noise originates from.

HL Fin is also the same. In a down trend channel.
