Veteran is correct, China lottery license does not come by easily. This counter is for longer term investment.
Can recall CLOB days..many malaysian stocks soar on rumour that they got lottery contracts,Idris Hydraulic,Magnum,Golden Hope,etc just to name a few...till to date none got it...although I am thank you this BJ help me make $$$$ when it was suspended at 14.5cts and than went up to 18..20...28cts.There is an Ocean Lee over at forum who was made a bankrupt when he shorted thinking BJ would drop but it went against him...
China's lottery is not easily granted to foreigners be it welfare or sports lottery..just trade with care as current price at 12-13cts is tempting..unless u are prepared to hold if not don't buy at all
