Me too... my holdings are around 10 cents higher... it seems so quiet and low buying interest so it makes me think twice if there is a need to buy more to breakeven or that with friday pending, it's a good time. But I am just skeptical.

Just hoping the split really does wonders.

probably after stock split, the stock become more affordable n attractive, so maybe will rise.

but if base on such theory, more people should be buying at this moment,

im vested in this stock too,

I thought stockspilt is usually not too good for shareholders????

Smiley The only advantage I can see is, it will be cheaper for new investors......

Am I right? Smiley

2 months ago price (0.82-0.84 based on last week of Sep) and today price is about the same... my key point is, buying now is not too late at all...and usually, after stock split, it will rise pretty fast... as some people will think it is very cheap...... based on today price, after stock split it is 0.275, sounds cheap, isnt it?

reply to jackjames...with 151% jump in its profits and expect > contracts from its new parent Dubai Dry Docks BKM has potential..intend to keep my 250lots bought fro 80cts to 90cts for the long haul..imagine from 250 lots to 750lots after the split..wotrh waiting for say 2 to 5years for it to be at 80cts again..possible? of course with its stong parenthood and its contracts are i S$ so no nonsense from forex risks

DP world's successful IPO, with the funds raised, make look to further acquisitions, possibly bengkuang marine, since dubai drydocks, which is under DP world, would have a 30+% stake of bengkuang after the acquisition on labroy.

DP World Raises $4.96 Billion in Biggest Mideast IPO (Update2) By Arif Sharif Nov. 21 (Bloomberg) -- DP World Ltd., the Dubai-owned port operator with terminals from the U.K. to China, raised $4.96 billion in the Middle East's biggest initial public offering. The world's fourth-biggest ports operator sold shares for $1.30 each, the top of an indicated range, after the IPO was more than 15 times oversubscribed, it said in a statement today. That would give the company a market value of $21.6 billion. Dubai's biggest step to date in establishing itself as a global financial center surpasses Saudi Telecom Co.'s $4.1 billion IPO in 2003 and will spur interest in the sheikdom's two-year-old stock exchange as the government turns to asset sales to lure investors. Dubai has also bought stakes in Nasdaq Stock Market Inc. and London Stock Exchange Group Ltd. as it vies with Qatar and Bahrain to be the region's dominant player.
