Ha ha, just back fr kopitiam, for some social work..
HLH, Hongkong Land Holding, FY 08 was red, but they gave 7 cts USD dividend per share.

Sorry, only last FY news. Next 1H09 likely at end of Jul, may not be very good news liao. Last FY NLAT USD 109.4m. but given USD 7 cts div.

All rooms are fully booked, reported the newspapers. Didn't know this farm resort so luring. What for go Kuantan or Trenggannu drive like mad, if we can get a taste in Kranji? Correct, local people had been tightening their belts lately. Middle class will book hotel in Sentonsa for Dec holiday. Poor guy like AK will only go Pulau Ubin for cycling loh. Sungai Buloh not a bad palce to visit as well. Visti Marina Damn hmm., siok also loh.
Ha ha, will go Malacca this coming Fri nite n come back Sun, to visit my old frd's mum. Logging n transport free one..
The Lim Chu Kang Farm resort is a very good concept. Think it is innovative, and with govt support (Tourist board) revenue from this should be encouraging. You need to go and have a look at the place. I find it very attractive.

more shares are suppressing the price from going up.
the 24th conversion was done on the 10 Jan 2008 and it left an outstanding balance of $350k.
Hope that they will annouce better yr end report soon....
more supply thus suppressing the price.
Most of the penny stocks are dead now until the current markets stablise and heading north again

Furthermore, it has some freehold properties launching soon in early next month...With the money proceed/gain from the properties sale, likelyhood to bid for another sites for development (safe & mid-risk property development progress...)...The CASH it has likely to be left for the robust agri business development...
What's more, HLH have a PE ratio of 3.9 which makes this the most under-valued stock in the market. I think it's just a matter of time before the true value is realised.
Aiya, likely to be the PCIM selling off on the latest conversion!!! Anyway, last week got 2 days of heavy buying up...suspect some BB maybe accumulating in wait for somethings!!! If were to calculate of how much PCIM had converted so far in the notes, around 510 million shares as of current and could be left around 120 million shares O/S...Again, HLH would be in CASH holding of around >$30millions for it's agri business development...As mention by some analysts that agriculture sector is still in the early stage of the bull run and that the high oil price would continue to stay as it is. Likehood to see growth & growth in the agri-sector in the coming months/years....Wilmar, indoagri & goldenagri has shown it's power in this sector. HLH, as a smaller player and has some roadblock in the progress, may see some real interest later on. It has all in place and needs a land to execute!!! BTW, it's in the progress of evaluting the usable plot of land area (mention in the announcement), suspect may not be as big land size before but hope it's good for plantation soon...PCIM is really a Big roadblock but soon will be gone with conversion drying up....
anybody know what happen to HLH? There's huge volume of selling in the beginning of the day.
