What happened to this stock? Any news of something coming up to justify the interest?

What is the latest TP?

"The stock is a bargain at 0.67x P/NTA" - What does this mean?

Guthrie GTS (GUTH SP, $0.44, NOT RATED) – Sitting quietly on its prized Jurong Point asset and a handful of high-quality suburban retail malls in Singapore, Guthrie could make a huge return in a possible asset securitization. It may also continue to earn recurring income with its property management capabilities. Besides property investment, it is involved in other businesses such as leisure and engineering. The stock is a bargain at 0.67x P/NTA.

Result on Nov 2010

nav 61 to 66 cents
eps 3.62 to 6.42 for 9 month...PE should be around 5 or less for the full years........

current price 0.39

The yishun DBSS will also contribute significantly once it start selling units.....and stable recurring income from all its mall and management of malls in Singapore........

You are right and I believe they will have a run up soon....

How can a stock with high NAV, low PE and good management stay at only half of it NAV??? And their NAV is set to increase as they hold good quality commercial building

the NEX mall in serangoon opening end of this yr 2010

likely bring additional revenue/profit bookings for Guthrie,

early next yr , Q1 & Q2 , 2011

I think Guthrie new residential site in Yishun will be doing well just like the centris at jurong point and they brought them at low price......management is conservative and yet they always invest at the right place such as Jurong point and centris above jurong point...

http://www.propertyguru.com.sg/property-management-news/2010/7/28121/guthrie-gts-sells-amoy-properties

Guthrie GTS has sold its properties located at 112 to 116 Amoy Street for S$24.5 million to Sun Venture Invesco.

The price of the properties was negotiated through a willing-buyer and willing-seller basis after considering the current market trends. Guthrie said it expected to record a net surplus worth S$1.85 million from the sales of these properties.

It added that the Amoy Properties were not its primary assets, and the transaction will allow Guthrie to realise and unlock the value of the Amoy Properties. Guthrie noted that sale proceeds of the properties are intended for working capital purposes and to finance any capital investment that the company may require in the future.
