Hi Limkt009, I'm moving out from genting for a while. I will wait until it's price is sensible to be traded with.
Current genting's price is caused by a news that they have cash for development. But, development will take time. Means no production yet. So, Genting will go down again. We wait till there is another opportunity come then ... hit back again ... !!!
georgeleow , I disagree with you. Dun be mistaken that I fell in love with Genting and I am vested, hence I protect this counter from others saying bad thing. I am always open for contraversal view. Every business has competitors. Be it a transport, construction, F&B, etc. Genting's competitor is nont just the Sand. It's competitor are the regional Casino like Macau, Japan may come thru, etc. But Genting current competitor in SINGAPORE is just one Sand, which makes it a DUAPOLY. I see it's business in the future lies in the hands of Ah Tong and his SAND competitor. Should be very bright, unless the garment opens a few more Casinos....which is quite unlikely at this juncture.
JJ is right, every dog has its day. Stock got cycle, where to find a stock cheong everyday! Patience, patience.
