Am looking for a better platform then POEMS too...stupid thing execute order liao never withdraw the pending order from my trading page!! end up double sell...when i execute another order that was executed immediately.
Call up broker to KB also no use...LL have to cover back higher.
Now i learn lesson have to check trades done page every time....sob sob.
try uobkayhian, their internet trading had been revamped a couple months ago. Look great (to me personally) !

i think POEMs really need to explain to their clients on this matter, not just a technical glitch, but what they would do in future....

Cannot like that say...when $$$ concern, must always have backup plan. If website fail, then use other means like Telebroker or other online trading firms. It's your money, you should be the one serious about it.

yup agreed, thou POEMS is up but just left with 1 hour before close... terrible experience indeed, especially involve with Dollars & Cents issue.
