Cannot understand why there is a huge selldown of 0.02 and a huge buy up for 0.02 .

Both buy and sell queue are increasing everyday.

Any opinions?

Well....Yes or No.

Anyway, it is a small investment but huge possible gain and at most leave it for middle term and wait for their financial results to come.

Sapphire started to earn money and together with the latest cash call, it should be in good position for expansion. Why Dr Charlie want to throw his shares?..this is not a good sign liao

The huge selldown is 0.020. I think it is because that Dr Charlie is cashing out his commission.

The sapphire is acquiring 25% equity of Song Yuan Tian Xi Harobr Oil Exploration Co. Ltd and they are paying this Dr charlie a commission fee of S$3 million.

See the SGX annoucement on 28 Sep 2007

Dear s16gan,

Strategy in purchasing penny stock will be different compare to settled stock.  Buying a penny stock more and less just like buying 4D or TOTO.  But there is significant thing that make you a winner.  You need to research the company background.  THe most important thing is its business and possiblity of it in the future.

I did research to this company quite long time ago.  And I see something interresting to this company.  Can't tell you detail, can took the whole page.  But make it short, I see opportunity to this company.  I personaly vested in some k lots.  ... okay .. wish you luck

Dear shahrhi99.
Once your rights shares are approved after payment they will be converted to ordinary shares which you can trade.

The rights shares were trading only during a time frame of 7 days, whereby if you did not wish to purchase them you could trade them to somebody interested at those prevailing prices.

So hold on for price to CHEONGGGG.....

If you have 800 lots mother shares you would be given 800 lots of right shares soon. Don't understand why you want to bid  at $0.02/share ? Beware of this stock is unlikely to head north in near term, opportunity cost is too high. Btw you make your final decision. No sure ask your own remisier for details before conclude your final decision. AWAS  (Malay)

If mother share only at $0.015/share  then don't buy right when it costs at $0.018/share.

I understand from Sapphire that we should be getting the forms to apply the Rights by next week. Anyone here still with me on this one?

Autofocus,

You may read the following links from CDP website regarding Rights Share issue. CDP process is quite standard, when you are entitled Rights Shares ( such as you already owner of mother shares, or buy when the share is traded Cum-Right , CR), on around the Books Closure Date+3,  CDP shall inform you by sending you a big envelop containing the Rights Share prospectus and Form A ( ARE). If you decide to subscribe to the Rights Share, you must follow the Prospectus procedure to fill up Form A(ARE), make payment and deliver the special envelop to CDP before the specified time and date ( which is called LD in their procedure below). Assuming your application and payment has no problem, CDP shall process and inform you around LD+14. After that LD+16 the Rights Shares shall be traded as a new counter.

Hope this informations help.. Good luck in reading..
