The Capitaland and Ascott people can really create magic in the real estate and hospitality industry.
Ascott will be another Capitaland, spinning assets into its REITS.
Difference is that Ascott has properties worldwide, so imagine the scale of things to come.
Heard there is a DBS Vickers report today. Wait till I obtain that.

Just before Jennie Chua's appointment as incoming CEO, the price of Ascott was in the $1.8x region.
After her apppointment, there was increase in the share price.
Investors have confidence in her track record in the hospitality industry. Confident that with her involvement in Tourism, Sentosa Cove etc, there will be a wholesome approach to Ascott.
Best of all, there will be new properties opening in 2008. The hot ones will be in Sukhumvit area in Bangkok.
Confident that share price will soar once she hots up her seat. You wait and see.
