Admin, hi and would like to suggest that the do and don't be sent to all new members in your welcome message to them once after they registered. Especially on the point of creating new thread. I observe that quite often it's the new members who create new thread because they still do not know their way around yet.

Dear Friends,

Here are some friendly reminders to SJ forummers on the DOs and DON'Ts in forum etiquette:

DO:
  1. Help a fellow forummer in need of help
  2. Do alert Admin immediately at feedback@sharejunction.com  if there forummers are disrupting the forum
  3. Do look for existing threads before creating similar ones
  4. Do seek help from fellow forummers if you need urgent info. SJ members are extremely helpful.
  5. Accept the fact that people have different views. Agree to disagree.

DON'T:
  1. Conduct personal attacks on other forumers
  2. Disrupt the forum by posting irrelevant messages
  3. Post information that is considered illegal (eg. insider info) under Singapore Law

Repeat offenders may have their account disabled and their IP address recorded for further action, if necessary.

We hope everyone can help keep ShareJunction a friendly place for everyone!
