next hot HDB properties

Hi rogue trader, jackjames,, fortunegal why is the choa chu kang HDB property market high now.???????

 

jackjames, you stay at toh guan that why wishes it will go up in prices la.. bt the next-of-the-list "real hot properties" will be in paya lebar, jurong west and sembawang... got news saying that these 3 areas will be developed... and btw, my new place in sembawang, hahahaahah... wanna speculate property like me?? unless one can move like a WIND... hahahhaaa..

 

haha.. i refer to stay in areas like amk,toa payoh,bishan or serangoon.... too used to it. i am aiming the current constructing SRES new flats facing toa payoh central but dont know if they already let the public ballot already or not. did a search but cant find out anything. send a mail to hdb to ask olreadi but they didnt give any direct answers.

 

I think as long as you have to live and stay working in SG u charm liao ah..
