Rising on contract win. JEP Precision Engineering, the private co being taken over by Alantac has made its foray into the oil & gas sector with a $20m contract win (over 5 years).
Alantac is issuing 23,037,975 new shares at $0.148 each.
This ticker is in top volume & gainer again.
