why would the investor convert the shares,can anyone advise
should be ok with this counter,buying up activity for the last few weeks
most counter will bleeding tomolo,but this should went up

Further to the announcements made on 25 April 2007 and 12 June 2007 in relation to the
Convertible Loan Agreement, the Directors of NH Ceramics Ltd (the "Company") wish to
announce that the Investors have today exercised their right of Conversion under the
Convertible Loan Agreement. Accordingly, the Company will allot and issue the New Shares
to the Investors in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Convertible Loan
Agreement.
The Company will make the appropriate announcement when the New Shares are allotted
and issued.
Unless otherwise defined, all terms used herein shall bear the same meaning as in the
Company?s Announcements of 25 April 2007 and 12 June 2007.

SGX-ST with effect from 9.00 a.m., 22 October 2007.
