ChipEngSeng is suppose to be over a dollar stock...definitely when the market sentiment today is good...people will buy it up in the hope and belief it will go up past the $1 mark...many already have their eyes on this trade

 

What's happening?

 

Market is very volatile. This stock seems to be downtrending. I believed that for this stock to shoot up from 17 cents to $1.07 recently, there must be alot of fund managers buying huge volume into this stock.....and thus i wouldn't be surprised that all these funds are doing funds redemption right now. If it still continues, then CES might easily drop to the 40 cents level....

Note the selling on Fri. STI drop 21 points and yet one of the major loser are the construction stocks(note CES, CSC, Yongnam in top volume and Lian Beng's high volume). These construction stocks have risen spectacularly and naturally, funds are throwing them 1st because of the huge profits that have been already made...

I would urge caution on construction stocks at least for the time being...until stability has returned to the market...
