I more interested to know who converting the warrant & buying up. May expect some news on this. Move above 0.016 possible but will be slow & steady unless some news pops up.

Holding less then 5%, is not reported. BBs use to trade, make $$$ to off set at whatever prices per say weather prices goes lower and in it is higher, better still on those who hold more then 5%.
This in oni my imagination, so when prices is low, or lower BBs oso can collect.

Convert to get dividen. Warrants will follow the mother share up or down.

Players is abit tried liao, mother volume is much lower and last done at 0.013 cts (comatose), while it warrant shr is down by -0.001 cts to hit 0.007 cts, oso on much lower volume.

Good or bad is up to mkt players....
Wa lau this news is donkey years ago lah .. JEL pull out of the deal when they ganna investigated by CAD at that time.
Unlikely it will happen again as Mdr have close down most of their bugus oversea subsidiary which at that time is attractive to JEL which is looking for a wide network.
Possible MDR to buy JEL now since it is so cheap now ?

and retail businesses, as well as after-market services. The strategic investment by JEL
opens up opportunities for the companies to engage in business partnerships through
their combined networks in respective markets.
Both companies executed agreements whereby,
mDR shares representing an interest of approximately 17% in the enlarged share capital
of mDR. As consideration, mDR will acquire a 52% equity stake in JEL Corporation
(Africa) Pte Ltd, which represents JEL?s trading and distribution business in Africa.
Not sure how the market will react to this... but personally rather disappointed!  inter alia, JEL will subscribe for new |

JEL has cancelled the deal. Other investors stepping forward?
mDR has agreed to place 73.5 million new shares to Portal World Investment and an individual Ng Swee Hua at $0.068per share. The placement will increase the company's share capital by 4.55%.
