One should stay clear of this stock. Those buying may be unaware the offer is only 1.5c. Very clearly, this could be the case of conspiracy whereby some sindicate offload enbloc after announcing boggey takeover talk. SGX is sleeping if it doesn't investigate this.
Such a negative results, it may drop further as expected....
Many must be surprised by the take over price of $0.015. No doubt the takeover event did materialised but not to what investors hope to see. Rather negative turn of event.

Strange, punters still buying in at 6.5c when offer is out - merely 1.5c. NAV is below 1.5c + negative earnings.
I would have thought the price will crash to around 2c. This is a boggey takeover, done much damage to genuine ones on the table.
