Company expects personal digital entertainment sector to remain competitive while computer peripherals segment and satellite communication segments will do well. 2H FY06 performance expected to be in line with 1H FY06.
Closest comparable is Nera Tel. Relative to Nera Tel, Radiance trades at lower P/Es and at a discount to its book value (Price/NTA of 0.6x). However, Radiance has lower net margins compared to Nera Tel and lower dividend yields.Radiance has about 8 cents net cash per share which is substantial while Nera has about 15.2 cents net cash per share.

[B]Technical Analysis[/B]
Chart shows prices in a downtrend since 2005. Since hitting a low of 11.5 cents, prices have rebounded to the current 14 cents. On 4th April, prices broke out of the downtrend line (lime green) but failed to sustain its gains, closing with a shooting star like formation. Prices have since retraced below this downtrend line. Prices are likely to consolidate within current trading range of 13.5 cents to 16 cents for now. There is a potential double-bottom formation provided prices can breach 17.5 cents neckline resistance on high volume, in such a scenario, technical target is 23 cents.
