Merril Lynch has a 'buy' call today, target price approx 0.88

Gimme a good signal by passing 0.80 to indicate its a REAL uptrend else 0.78 up is a resistance to me. Will look at buying it at low 0.72-74ish.

Will FirstReit perform as good as SuntecReit and other Reit? Is it time to invest in this share? Any advise?
