the usual announcement for all construction and property company in the good times. placement shares to Lehman Bros and 2 others.
usually such announcement means good on 1st day but then i notice counter goes down a bit and remains there for 1 or 2 weeks.

Hope it gap up on Mon, then will continue its march to 0.50, and final target of 60cents.
it seems this counter did not really move. It pays reasonable dividends and its annual report is not that bad. seems like nobody pays much notice to this counter
I am also wondering why HG is performing better than this and AsiaEnt?
Even AsiaEnt performs better than this stock, wonder why?
