The stock opened at $1, nearly tripling  its IPO of $0.36. The offering of 25 million new shares, representing 28% of its enlarged share capital, was about 18.9x subscribed.



KSH has done construction for a number of upmarket projects, such as building luxury homes in Sentosa island.
