Kindly evaluate for me Asiatic (fair value if possible). I am a shareholder of this company for 3 years and still vested. Here is the information you wanted:

Year   Net Profit

2004  1.177 million

2005  1.352 million

2006  1.111 million

Profit growth for 2004: (28.7%), 2005: 14.9%, 2006: (17.8%)

NTA for 2004: 22.1 cents, 2005: 24.2 cents, 2006: 25.3 cents, 

Half year 2007 NTA is 26 cents.

Earnings per share: 2.2 cents, 2.5 cents, 2.0 cents, Half year 2007 is 0.9 cents.

ROE: 9.95%, 10.33%, 7.91%

I understand that the lower earnings for 2006 was due to higher business development cost, but I am aware that they have 2 power plants in cambodia started ops on 1 Nov 2006, total capacity 15MW, third plant under construction.
