100 lots just done at 13cts.  Shrewd investors must be buying up coz' they have sniffed a good deal. A laggard worth investing in coz' of good earnings visibility with the setup of a new factory which will contribute to its profitability as from 2007

More than 300 lots at  13cts just done. Shooting up very fast to 21cts - worth  betting on a share that is on a positive uptrend.

Thank God  there are those who know CGL is a grossly undervalued share by buying them up at the present low prices. Buying up momentum is being  maintained.  Shd charge up to 21 cts and beyond very soon.

This share has moved up sharply to 0.125cts with high volume, as shown in the above chart.   For those who have missed the boat ( there aren't  many China IPOs that are below their IPOprices) it's still not too late, pse, before its shoots upwards to its IPO price of 21cts and beyond.  Keep on charging, sleepy head....

Has moved up to 12 cts already. With a float size of only 50 million shares, its move upwards can be very swift.  Good earnings visibility as its new factory is up and running ( a new income driver)  Why not play safe by not playing  contra for this share!

Mopping up at 0.115cts today.  A construction share that has been sleeping since February 2005. Company at least won't close down overnight like other OVERVALUED penny stocks  with very high PE. Time to "cheong" - buy them before others do.  Only 50 million shares (with the majority in the hands of placement holders) - so upward surge to at least recover to its IPO price of 2l cts shd be swift

Has moved up to 11cts today .  When no one seems to be interested in buying, buy it now to keep for capital gain, not as a contra player.  It's still undervalued, coz' IPO price was 22cts.  One of the few safest shares at the moment as the downside risk is minimum. or almost nil.

CGL operators are quietly moving up this share (closed at 0.105cts for two days running) coz' it shd be profitable as from 2007 since the new factory set up with IPO fund is up and running. Share price will normally move up at least six months ahead of company's turnaround to profitability . Daily volumes for the past few days have been more than 500 lots, considered an uptrend sign coz' float size is only 50 million shares, most of which are in the hands of placement holders (who all have holding powers and the current price is only 50% of IPO price).

Sorry, it shd be CGL announced the new setup< Hainan Huadi Bldg,  on 29 December 2006.  This means the factory shd have been in production way before that date as the setup of the new factory was one of the reasons for CGL to raise IPO fund.   It shd contribute to its profitability from 2007 onwards.

Hi bulbideal & all
The new subsidiary,Hainan Huadi Bldg (set up on 29 December 2006 and funded by internal resources as well as proceeds raised for working capital during its IPO in Feb 05 - with CGL holding 92%  in the new  setup) serves to broaden the  revenue base of the company so as to enjoy a new source of revenue stream from a different but related product.  It will be on the same site as its existing factory to enjoy economy of scale.   Pse refer to  SGX website for more details of its announcement.   CGL's reports may not look very impressive,  but look -  it  shd break out to its next level of 0.105cts.

Hi guys,

Any ideal where's the factory and the business is going to beside focus in China. It seem like focus on southern China. As the last reports look not very impressive.

China Great Land Holding  - has moved up to 10 cts, poised to move up to the next level of 0.105cts.  Volume today is higher than its usual daily volume  - time for a rebound coz' this "sleeping beauty"  has been asleep since February 2005 - time to wake up?? Float size - only 50 million shares, majority of which are in the hands of placement holders. When it rallies, it shd sprint like a gazelle.

That  this share is not covered by any analyst does not mean that it will not rally upwards.  As indicated in Sunday's ST, buy or sell recommendations  by brokers are not always to be relied. upon.   Would those (placement holders or individuals)  who have invested in the stock pse let me know their sentiments about CGL?   After all, rotational play might see the focus shifted next week to other laggards that have not moved even an inch, as evidenced by the low volumes of a few shares that were recently in the daily "active" list (i.e. must carry the babies concerned for some time before the cycle returns  to them again)

For  those who doubt that this share is a laggard worth investing in, the  u/m  fundamentals and  background info shd convince them to do so. Pse do not feed buyers of shares that have rallied upwards by buying from them - downside risk is greater than upside risk.   This share shd move up to its IPO price pretty soon, and above its IPO price real soon.   Listed on SGX in Feb 2005.

Based on today's volumes, as shown below,  isn't time to join in the merrymaking?  Before the new factory setup,  its IPO price was 21 cents, just based on the sale of its prestressed steel piles. With the new factory set up on its existing site  to produce a new type of building material,  profitability shd increase manifold as from 2007 onwards.  Buy up of 180 lots @ 0.095cts before closing  and 110 lots @ 0.10 at preclose - sign of rally ?  Any comments from TA or FA specialists?.

hikitty, yes I agree with you that it is very stressful to punt daily on speculative counters.  Also, it is only for people who have the time to glue their eyes at the computer every minute during the trading hours. Once again, thank you for all your comments and advices. Best wishes !
