Name 5 stocks that are good candidates for trading

Hi all, heard about this website from friend. From my last visit, I can see that the community has grown by leaps and bounds, a bull run of sorts :-)

I was an active trader before but has stopped doing since 2004 (because of overseas posting). Now I'm back, so quite a bit of catch up to do). Can anyone kindly advise me on what the best stocks are for short-term trading i.e. liquidity, volume and price volatility.
