Investors are not idiots

How come prices coming up so fast over past 2 days? Anything gonna to be announced? BB buying?

 

NAV is only USD 0.09 vs the current share price SGD 0.19 .....  and it is near 52weeks high ... perhaps this is the reason why it is so quiet .... 

 

can anyone tell me what's wrong with this counter... totally quiet????????

 

Surgical mask... hit abv $1.00 before.. Alot of patents dun now will expiry soon.. Their Annual Report very hard to analysis, not investor friendly.. Maybe if SARS hit again, stock will run upwards... Can buy alittle for fun.. but not big purchase unless u know the medical industries very well...

See no reason for a dip as this stock already lags behind the STI. It is a sleeper stock so far. For this stock, we have to be patient as this industry has lumpy earnings. Will accumulate at this price.

 

Dear Hulumas,  agreed with you that to be a great investor/swing trader you got to work against the market psychology and profit from it.  Vast majority of SSH including former CEO John Lim is still holding above 0.75.  IPO stuckists need to exercise patience to see price return above 0.88. I am in a buying mood today.

This week I have bought 100 lots at Sgd. 0.615 average price. Will buy again next week, at least another 100 lots.

To win the equity market gain the principle is very very very simple just buy low or lower or even the lowest price level to the on going prospective counter and sell high or higher or even the highest price level to the said invested equity. One condition, as long as you can do that!!! Can you do that, I just wonder. I know not every body can do that, that is why, in the market, they are mixed of winner and losser! Am I right?

 

I withdrawn when i see some sell down... buy price 0.60 now.

 

my goodness, drop to all-time low again!!!! hmm.. I am on the queue to buy as well.. wish me luck.

Hulumas can be really fat , provided he does not unload too early to benefit the short sellers.  When a share rises up too fast, the fleet-footed short sellers will try to join the real sellers in selling. The operators must be pulling their hair coz'  their many attempts at creating panic by selling down  LMA has not succeeded.  Nothing has changed for LMA, yet its shares have been dipping. In fact, its shd be profitable as from 2006 onwards (3rd quarter of 2006  was very profitable).

Thank you for encouraging me, I 'll do accordingly.

 

Hulumas-san, your collection method reminds me of the times in Singapore in the old kampung days where you go out to catch the fishes.  Just set the net and let the fishes come to you,  patience bring great gains.  

Stuckist who has done proper research on LMA and should think about collecting more to bring their average cost down if they hold a strong view of LMA's future.  My experience is the past is that I have held on to stocks that goes -ve 25-30% for an extended period of time (more than 18 months) before they come back to return me 200-300% +ve gains.   Trust your instinct....patience will be rewarded.
