Hi does it mean that if the boss hits 70%, he must take the company private ?

 

vol is lousy because the boss owns almost 70% of the shares. not enough float.

Lousy volumes on this counter... TA people should avoid!

 

i also have been holding on to this co since 2000. it's not making money, but it's not giving out dividends anymore. stingy bugger. think after Mr Ho accumulates more than 70%, i think he has to take the company private if im not wrong. any comments?

tech stocks moving, but this one is not. ARGH!

 

maybe "he" will want to take the company private ?

Excuse me for asking this, but why are you still holding it after 10 years when it is not making yo any money?

Please forgive me for saying this, but I would have 'thrown it away' after one year in the very most if it is not making.

Jasjasjas, don't waste time and money on this stock. I have been holding 10 lots at 0.46 since IPO's days. One SSH has been buying for the past yrs  but the price still remains at this level. Really "DEAD" one. God bless.

Datapulse has rather low volumes. However, I see a possibility of northward price movement. The bollinger bands are quite tight and this means that a sudden price break could occur.

Hi ,Any comments on this counter? Its price has been stagnant for a long long time.However, it pays good dividend every year. What is the TA indication at this moment?
