top 10 vol today. Probably will be range bound now it has broken previos resistance of 71.5c.

Yesterday on CNA about how RH giving good service and hosipitality to IMF delegates.
RH proceeds from sale is 924m. Cash and assets is 661m.
Total net assets is 1.585b less 1.502b ( cap red and sp div ) equal
83m cash left. So, in case of delisting, we will get 6c a share. That
means the real value of RH is S$0.70 + S$0.06 = 76c!!!!
Can anyone share if i am right about this??
RH finally broke through the resistance of 71.5c and tested 72.5c. Vol is very high compared to previous trades. I wonder if SGX will query why sudden spike in activity when there are no news?

RH holding well at 72c. May still move sideways till some news on business plans! 23 days for cap and div distribution. I wonder if counter will be suspended for trade till further announcements???
Today also like yesterday, 1369 queue to buy, 2178 queue to sell. 74 lots done. 29 days more to pay-day! $700 a lot terence fok in case you don't know. NTA is 73c so you are still in the money if you buy in bulk.
