Not to mention, I just share what I thought is the best for those who already bought high in this counter. Our main objectives here is to share opinion and make profit, that is our main objectives !!!

If you have read my experience in one of the counter here in Sharejunction. I hold Yongnam for 2 years plus and make a substantial profit recently, but I sold not at its current peak of 0.085, I sold at 0.065 and 0.06, because my investment is at 0.035 average.

Now, I am averaging my Advanced Holding. I m now holding 80 lots at 0.365, all starting at 0.395 of 40 lots, and slowly added till 80 lots. I m holding it because I think this is a good counter. I just bet on my own research., hopefully I am correct and pay off next year 2007 ! Good Luck.

I already cut at 0.49c, waiting for it to cool down before I decide. For those who bought at high like 0.56c to 0.58c. The gap is too far to cut lost now. Hold on to it unless you need to use your cash !!!!!

Take a closer look at the their presentation after the result announcement. The presentation is out for download now.  Read carefully and understand it in detail then decide whether you still think this is a good company. If you think it is a good counter, then my advice is take your own guts and invest further to buy to average, if you do not think so, then just forget about it ! Good Luck.

Not loss, just profit decline as compare to last year ! Here is the report.

Ouhua Energy posts 40.4% drop in Q3 net to 18.5m yuan

By JEAN CHUA

RECENT listing Ouhua Energy said net profit for its third quarter ended Sept 30, 2006, fell 40.4 per cent as operating costs went up.

RECENT listing Ouhua Energy said net profit for its third quarter ended Sept 30, 2006, fell 40.4 per cent as operating costs went up.

The China-based importer of liquefied petroleum gas said Q3 net profit fell to 18.5 million yuan (S$3.7 million) from 31 million yuan in the previous corresponding period. Selling and distribution as well as administrative expenses went up because of increases in sea freight rates, tugboat charges and staff costs. Ouhua also paid higher port charges and listing professional fees because of its listing on the Singapore Exchange mainboard early this month.

Revenue for the quarter rose 23 per cent from 681.5 million yuan to 838.3 million yuan.

For the nine months, net profit was 57.4 million yuan compared with 48.3 million yuan for the corresponding period last year. That's a gain of 18.9 per cent. Revenue rose 24.1 per cent to 2.14 billion yuan.

Average selling prices of LPG rose 19.6 per cent over the nine months, Ouhua said. It also started selling to overseas customers.

For the final three months of the year, the company expects to do better than it did in the third quarter. The company added a refrigerated storage tank that became operational on Oct 1, said executive chairman Liang Guozhan. Its current production facilities are near full utilisation, he said.

'This effectively increased our annual designed production capacity from 600,000 tonnes at the beginning of 2006 to 750,000 tonnes in July 2006 and subsequently to 900,000 tonnes from October 1,' he said.

This new capacity will help Ouhua tap the growing demand for LPG, especially in Asia.

Ouhua will continue to expand its sales and distribution network in China and try to get more customers overseas. It will also buy additional factories and machinery, computerise production, upgrade existing facilities and improve efficiency, the company said.

Ouhua imports raw materials like butane and propane for its production facilities in Guangdong, where the gases are stored and mixed to produce LPG. The product is then delivered by ship tankers or overland by trucks to customers. Yesterday, Ouhua shares were steady at 50.5 cents.

No price done at 0.49c yet, but just now saw 1,086,589 queue to buy, but now numbers change only 902,000. All frighten, withdrawn the queue. Not a good sign man.

No need to test what resistant at 0.52 or 0.525, I am afraid it cannot even hold at 0.5 ! Maybe my judgement is not correct, those who still want to hold and hope, I say hope, so continue to hope lor. Good Luck.
