Investing in gold is made easy through ETF Streettracks Gold Trust. Now trading on SGX. Graph below shows price in USD over the past year. Now trading around USD59.- Price of gold is predicted to go up in 2007. China is expected to put more of the country's reserves in Gold. Foreign Exchange Reserves, now at nearly $800 Billion at the end of 2005 and expected to approach $1,000 Billion this year. Now the price of gold is relatively low as compared with the USD70 reached in May 06. Investing in the ETF Streettracks could be a good investment with low risk. Price could easily go up with 20 - 30%. On the downside price will stay around USD57.-. Think about it. Which stock at this time could give you more then 5-10%.
