CIMB Technical Comment

 • The stock broke out of its consolidation triangle last week and prices closed

above its 200-day SMA yesterday. Trading volume also picked up strongly

yesterday and it is a positive sign.

• The technical landscape appears to be positive with both its MACD and RSI on

a rising trend. We think that there is more upside from here.

• Traders may opt to jump in now with a stop placed below yesterday’s low of

S$0.105. The possible stopping areas are S$0.13, followed by S$0.145.

HG Metal Manufacturing Limited announced that the Group’s revenue in 4Q FY2010 decreased by 70% from $125.2 million in 4Q FY2009 to $37.5 million in 4Q FY2010. Other operating income decreased by 41% from $1.8 million to $1.1 million; The Group reported a loss of $10.3 million in 4Q FY2010 due mainly to the write down of $11.5 million slow-moving inventories.

NTA per share will be diluted. With market value lower than NTA, better liquidate & distribute back the NTA, if still there as claimed.

The counter is not generating earning, PE and market confidence....

hmm pretty disappointed by tis counter. a big player in local metal industry but poor showing
