Everyone is dumping Equation shares...OHL just cash in 3%Centrillion shares for S$25.5 mil...and he paid S$16mil for 37.5% of Centrillion shares originally. .He had got back his cash payment and plus a little profit.... Centrillion is sinking soon...with Equation being pull down together... Can anyone save Centrillion?

Equation is a right company to buy. They target to export solar panel to US and Europe. Like google, Tesco and other they built their solar energy bank to store energy, to provide partial of the power to data centre, office and store. Monday Fed Chife also sent a very stronge message to energy provider to be more efficient, built their solar energy plants to provide power. Solar energy industry is huge

Global warming and Oil price traded @ US $75.05, What can we do? To find alternative energy. Sun are always around us.

Today strait times said Equation not a good shares as a result many people dump the shares when rumours that Brokage House want to cap the trading amount on Equation shares. Those people are just trading on Contra only...it sound like a shell company leh.

Equation bought Centillion shares at 0.8485 ct a share. Now 21 cts.

Moral of story: Buy when a company is in the dumps and pray it will recover strongly.

Centillion did because it has a good business.

There's a parallel: JEL is buying tons of shares of mDR at 7.2 cts (due diligence stage now).

Current stock price of mDR = 11 cts.

Now u know why i'm smiling when I think of  my JEL shares.....

Hi all, apologise for my earlier posting on Centillion being Equation's subsidiary, it should be called its associated company as the share holding was less than 50%.

Equation's shareholding in Centillion will be reduced to 31.57% from the current 37.50% after the deal with McPeekay Consulting Group. The 6% disposal to MCG at discount will generate a gross proceed of 13.5 million for Equation. Profit will be (0.09 - 0.008485) * 150,000,000 = $12,227,250 (12.22 million).
