Actually there aren't any buyers at this point of time. Not sure why too. But there seemed to be limited float in the open market as many have collected.

From the name changed to W Corp the share was discounted another 20%, now only 50% of the deal value for Yuuzoo to be listed in SGX. Totally a laggard and undervalued. Accumulating with strength. Vested.

Thanks Jm, I got no time to read the contract, just glanced thru only, so glad that the profit part is not mandatory for the RTO to happen. Good, may WC be flushed with fragrance in Yuuzoo! Huat arh!!

No profit hurdle for Yuuzoo in order for RTO to go through - but if certain profit level reached Yuuzoo shareholders own more of combined company - so a bonus if good profit.

Yuuzoo is expected to make how many million dollars before RTO can go thru? If it could not achieve the target profit for 2014 (Q1? ) then no deal and WC will really be flushed inside woman's wc instead of man's wc. Haha.
Hope Yuuzoo likes WC, if not Contel shareholders may have to breathe in the stench. Hehehe. ( I getting a bit naughty nowadays, lol.)
