anyone vested in this counter? ever since touching historical low...the confidence is making this stock moving sideways...since mid-March of $0.64...it fell slowly...now probably making a slow comeback ..RSI gradually climbing back up & MACD crossover was recently spotted

Kilroy, please advise me if my interpretation is rite. The debt to asset ratio for cambridge has dropped from 48% to 35% data from http://reitdata.blogspot.com/. My interpretation is such: Although it is good for the debt ratio to drop, however the drop in absolute debt amount is better because payment in debt is by cash and not by asset. So should we put some heavy emphasis on absolute debt amount too when comes to valuation? Thanx. Vested.

no worries OneSharer.  There's more to life then worrying about such trival things (misinterpretation).  I know how it feels when things arent going the way as you wish it to be.

Oops...pls ignore my post earlier esp if your name is KiLrOy.  Cos there seems to be a commun/interpretation error due to the posting sequence.  Yesterday, asked a logic question.  Today, emotions.  As you know, emotions and logic don't mix well....

Let me reiterate:  I am not discouraging anyone to buy at this current price!
I am just frustrated that I see no picnic, in the near future, from my POSITION (entry pt).
And I, like others, am not thrilled about its DPU for this quarter.

Twice when I was finally ready to sell, something happened in the mkt.
Presently, it seems like I'll have to wait quite some time, if ever, before the chance will happen again.
I do learn from your previous writings and I LOVE investopedia; but for now, my own experience w/ this counter dominate.

Not trying to discourage anyone to buy at this current price.  Apparently, seems like an active trading today.

Agree w/ you.  And from my POSITION, cap gain no picnic either.

KiLrOy:

Think NAV is now above 70 cents.
"Other considerations"?  Are you referring to dividends and cap gain?

Ha, Ha, my In-no-value is worse. I think no more tech stock for me.

Guess Phillips' cambridge report only spur a bit in the morning.
