Yesterday saw a shooting star formation.  A shooting star sends a warning of an impending top.
It is
usually not a major reversal signal. The shooting star has a small real body at the lower end of its
range with a long upper shadow. The shooting star pictorially
tells us that the market opened near its low, then strongly rallied and finally
backed off to close near the opening. In other words, that session's rally could not be sustained.
An ideal shooting
star has a real body which gaps away from the prior real body.

A-SONIC AEROSPACE LIMITED
Regn. No. 200301838G
QUERIES FROM SGX ON THE SURGE IN SHARE PRICE & VOLUME TRADE
The Board of Directors of A-Sonic Aerospace Limited (the â??
was a surge in the trading of the Companyâ??s shares (â??Sharesâ??) on Monday, 9 September 2013.
Share price increased 107.9% to close at 13.1 cents today, compared to 6.3 cents as at the close on
last Friday, 6 September 2013.
The volume of Shares traded today was 103,567,000 Shares.
As a result of the surge in Share price and volume trade, the Stock Exchange (â??SGXâ??) raised the
following queries:
Companyâ??) wishes to announce that thereSGX Query 1:
Are you aware of any information not previously announced concerning you (the issuer), your
subsidiaries or associated companies which, if known, might explain the trading?
- If yes, the information must be announced immediately.
Companyâ??s Response 1:
No, we are not aware of any information not previously announced concerning the Company, its
subsidiaries or associated companies.
SGX Query 2:
Are you aware of any other possible explanation for the trading?
Companyâ??s Response 2:
We are not aware of any information that had not been previously announced on 2 September 2013
regarding the aircraft leasing business. The seven (7)-paged announcement contained a
comprehensive explanation on the aircraft leasing business. The possible explanations could be the
following:
(a) The market has taken some time to evaluate, assess and understand the aircraft leasing
activity of the Company and its subsidiaries (the â??
(b) After evaluation and assessment, the market might have particularly taken into consideration
the following points:
(i) The A-Sonic Groupâ??s aircraft leasing business is unique in that it starts from the
acquisition of pre-owned airframe, assembling, retrofitting and/or upgrading of the
interior and systems, into airworthy and serviceable aircraft
(ii) To the best of our knowledge, there is no competitor in Singapore that engages in the
aircraft leasing of the aircraft type which includes the assembly of the airframe, the
aircraft engines, and the retrofit of the aircraft that the A-Sonic Group is involved in
(iii) The A-Sonic Group had fully financed the acquisition of airframe, aircraft engines and
components through internal resources. This indicates that cash out-flow has been
accounted for, and hence the leases should result in positive cash flow for the two (2)
aircraft which have been leased out
(iv) Another two (2) aircraft are at the final stage of being leased out
(v) With letters of intent signed to acquire another seven (7) airframes, one (1) aircraft and
three (3) aircraft engines, these indicate potentially that, the A-Sonic Group may have
the capability to sustain the aircraft leasing business and develop the economies of
scale
(vi) The future potential spin-off from the aircraft leasing business includes the following:
- One of our lessees has appointed us as an exclusive vendor and provider for aircraft
parts and system (â??
- To be one of the pre-qualified logistics and reverse-logistics service providers for our
lessees in respect of their logistics requirement for the aircraft engines and Aircraft
Parts & Systems.
A-Sonic Groupâ??) Aircraft Parts & Systemsâ??) andSGX Query 3:
Can you confirm your compliance with the listing rules and, in particular, listing rule 703?
Companyâ??s Response 3:
Yes, we confirm compliance with the listing rules and, in particular, listing rule 703.

will this still in play tomorrow..?
today volume still high

AEI corp $0.143 - AEROSPACE business also

thanks for the lesson. i looked up channelnewsasia and managed to dig this up:
SINGAPORE: To stay ahead of competition from regional airports, Singapore's Changi Airport will get a new Terminal 5 by the mid-2020s -- more than doubling its handling capacity to 135 million passengers a year.
Terminal 5 will be one of the largest terminals in the world. By then, the airport will be operating on three runways, compared to two currently.
Analysts said the move will give other related-industries a lift and position Singapore for an increasingly inter-connected Asia.
Changi Airport moved 51 million passengers and almost two million tonnes of cargo in 2012.
With regional free trade talks like the Trans-Pacific Partnership and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership underway, Singapore's plan to expand its airport will put it in good stead to capture a large chunk of the rising intra-Asia trade.
Irvin Seah, a senior economist at DBS Bank, said: " Singapore probably has the most FTAs among countries around the world. Many of these FTAs are very comprehensive, new-age FTAs, because the focus is not just restricted to merchandise trade. A large part of many of these free-trade-agreements focus on the investment flows and services flow."
Singapore already is the world's busiest transhipment hub, handling about one-seventh of the world's container transhipment throughput (31.26 million TEUs of containers) in 2012, according to the Economic Development Board. It was also recently ranked the top logistics centre globally by the World Bank in the 2012 Logistics Performance Index.
Analyst said the latest plans to expand Changi Airport will not only cement Singapore's leading position in logistics and transportation, it is set to have positive spill-over effects on other supporting sectors like maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO).
Terence Wong, head of research at DMG & Partners Research, said: " Sectors that benefit will be the MRO players -- ST Engineering, SIA Engineering. Logistics -- there's going to be a logistics hub over there -- in terms of A Sonic, possibly CWT as a logistics player. They should also gain from this mega terminal."
Still, with the completion of the mega terminal almost a decade away, it is still early days to gauge the benefits to sectors like MRO and tourism. However, analysts said the construction and consultancy services sectors will likely be the first in line to benefit.
