Fincanteri valued Vard at 1.22 when they took over from STX Group. Quesion is how much will the buyer of Finacanteri would value Vard?
Don't think Italian Govt will have much bargaining power since they are desperate for money!

What does this mean? Anyone?

Unless they plug the loss making yards, whatever contracts win are all thrown down the drain!
Something is wrong I guess because there isn't any accumulation in sight!

It actually formed a head & shoulder instead of an inverted one which is rather abnormal if the price is at almost bottom. And how come the sellers keep coming out to force it down? Why want to sell at this price unless something is wrong or someone want to collect cheap later!
Something is wrong with this counter. Despite orders, no funds have purchased this one. In fact, they have exited.

going to break 80 tomorrow! titantic sinking again
if it breaks 80, to go 76-79 maybe look to average..usually bounce back at that level. my rough rough guess is  company borrow facility from bank n pledge shares at this level hence need to bounce back to avoid margin calls..this is just a rough rough guess...just some observation.................
already in the middle of the ocean, no choice but to hold on to it.....
