The Board of Directors of GSH Corporation Limited (the Company) is pleased to announce that the singular resolution relating to the proposed diversification of the core businesses of the Group as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (" EGM" ) dated 23 September 2013 was unanimously passed at the EGM held today.
We refer to the Company?s announcement dated 15 July 2013 regarding the extension of the MOI for
the proposed joint planning and development of the Longhai-Singapore Marine Eco-City Project (the
?Joint Project?) in Nanxi Wan New City Dongyuan Sector in Fujian Province, China which was first
announced on 7 January 2013.
We wish to inform that the MOI has expired on 6 October 2013.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, there was a change in the Longhai City Government with whom
the Company had been negotiating the terms of the MOI with.
We will be reviewing the terms of negotiation with the new local government, and shall keep
shareholders updated should there be any changes.
hmm...my px? @ 78...I didn't subscribe to any rights from GSH...pure buy low sell high. Current one stuck with further news of Longhai MOI expired!!! Still hanging there!

9 Oct EGM will b held for the purpose of it's proposed diversification into property n construction. Progressive run up is expected.
