Yes, I still holding, prepare to wait and my target is S$0.45. I bought CWT long time at S$0.745 and sold off CWT at S$1.4+ and move my $$ to this counter. Hope this counter don't disappoint me. Good Luck.

This is not like other ordinary properties stocks. My friend attend one of the seminar, I heard they are the Singapore Shoe-Box properties king, so it is not ordinary property stocks. It suppose to shoot up after all only shoe-box is selling well. Just curious why it is no action and so bloody quiet for this counter. Yes, I am lucky to still hold this counter as they did not tumble like ordinary property stocks. And at this market price of S$0.33, I think it is too cheap as compare to some big developer. Oxley holdings acquires Steven Rd site to develope hotel.  But the price still not going up after the news.

When will this stock wakes up and moves up.  But the CEO is keeping buying Artivision.  Should ask him why he is buying other company share and not his own.  really dont understand what he is doing.    He should create more value in his company.  Lot of projects but the price is not moving at all.

anyway, i was reading the stuff they send to shareholders. turns out i was wrong. its not meant for selling the land. its just to facilitate transition to sgx mainboard.

catalsyt for the rise seems to be the doubling of q2 performance n a little smth else for those dilligent enuf to go read the stuff
