Many property stocks have gone up higher.  Oxley holdings is still sleeping beauty sleeping in the sweet dream.  Times to wake up,

 

Oxley holdings acquires Steven Rd site to develope hotel.  But the price still not going up after the news.

 

When will this stock wakes up and moves up.  But the CEO is keeping buying Artivision.  Should ask him why he is buying other company share and not his own.  really dont understand what he is doing.    He should create more value in his company.  Lot of projects but the price is not moving at all.

anyway, i was reading the stuff they send to shareholders. turns out i was wrong. its not meant for selling the land. its just to facilitate transition to sgx mainboard.

catalsyt for the rise seems to be the doubling of q2 performance n a little smth else for those dilligent enuf to go read the stuff
