Weiye - Property Developer in Henan/Hainan

The price stabilized at around 4.4cts yesterday and i bought some to avg my cost down. Many of its projects are reaching TOP  and I would expect analysts will start to take notice of its nice projects in Hainan Island..a beautiful place for the rich northern chinese and russians..



 

 

Wow, that means this counter will shoot up again soon.   Considering that they have booked the RMB53m and more TOPs obtained, if it can achieve RBM40m to 60m coming half, it is certainly very undervalued prospectively.

  Reading the financial report released last week, I can see its equity have risen by an encouraging good margin.   Buy now and don't worry just because one single party is selling, lol...

This counter really dropped like sheet... Really " kia see lang" ...

I believe not only profit guidance, also Hainan property are overhot, and there are many unsold property in Hainan. If the development can't transform into cash, it will only be dept for the company to clear. Thus believe some institute player have release the counter  after serious consideration that cause the volume to surge so high and price drop so much.

High time to cut loss.   Reason..no reason except profit guidance has been found but price dropping.  

 

According to the answers in reply to query by SGX,   the standard answers were given.   Actually SGX queries regarding volumes of trading really redundant in today's trading world.   Nothing if ever there is anything, can really be spotted by questioning.

Laws or regulations should be re-examined if there is a feeling that they were insufficient necessitating queries on trading volumes and sudden price movements that anyone with large amount of money can do that and not the directors or insiders.   Cheers.

Did you load or are just asking players to load?

I will be surprised if you really load because this counter always only on sparodic play, and easily manipulated.

Can easily push up to 7.5 cent or push down to 3.5 cents. Recent few occasions play good volume then stopped.   I believe this is due to some insiders selling?? or resignations causing divestment by the resigning persons.   Guess work. CHeers.

Nothing wrong with Weiye from the announcement.  It could be due to married deal of 29m @ 5.5cts in the morning.  I took the opportunity to buy  200 lots @ 5.6cts each.  Will monitor over next few days and continue to add to avg cost down.
