One important issue is that mrt will link to their line in Johor....when this appens, much easier to live in johor and work in singapore........
And with latest cooling measure, we will rather buy in Johor instead of in Singapore.....I think more and more developers will start buying lands there.......
well, u got ur point in certain sense. however, with his active involvement in johor iskandar projects, i strongly believe more good news to come. let's wait & see how! any good news will boost the share!

It oso make me think, alot of famous M'sian BBs oso had dealing with the Johor royalty, why they are not interested??. Is not to pour cold water...Just sharing my thot.

yup, the most important thing is PL seems to have a very good relation w the johor royalty. Unlikely the deal will be failed. Maybe more good news to come??? haha...

I think so too. Am not selling but still planning to buy even more to stock up if there isn't any other good counters to invest my cash in. I believe that once his project starts to reap rewards, dividends will start rolling. Price also will start going up.

btw, I have a different view.I believe the deal will b successed based on the relationship between PL and Johor sultan. it's just a matter of time before the share will shoot up again. PL has involved in a few big projects in Johor, such as the recent Motorsport City. Hence, it has a high chance to make Rowsley to be a successful company.
Better secure profit and run before its too late
