Can you advise me , if say Simon Cheong sells his shares in the market, say only 100 lots (small volume in relation to %), must he declare to the Stock Exchange ?

Thanks : )

They are traders not investors and their brokerage fee is very low.

The corporate boys (Wheelock) have shown the way (hint), I am just following them.
Sometimes, I dont understand Singapore investors .....
Example: Bid : 1.915 (56 lots)     Sell : 1.92 (57 lots)
If you really keen to buy or sell , what is 0.005 / share ?

or $2.18 ?
  (EST NAV $2.50 + 1ST OFFER $ 1.80) / 2 = $2.15
SIMON CHEONG MAKE IT $ 2.18 (HAVE 8 : )

Simon Cheong's offer : 1.80 / share
Wheelock Open Market Purchase : more than 1000 lots @ Avg 1.81   / share (Wheelock now owns 16.09% of SC Global)
Current Price vs Wheelock 1.81 Purchase : only 5% Premium
SC Global   NAV : $2.50 / share (EST)
My personal " FAIR" value guess for Counter - Offer for ALL shareholders acceptance :   $ 2.05 ~ 2.08 / share (my personal guess)
Think most probably $2.08 cos 888888888888888888888888888888888888888 ?
