Asian power demand to drive up coal prices

Because of high  natural gas  prices in Europe and Asia, coal is more attractive as a fuel for power generation there than gas.

China is reducing their carbon footprint in view of climate change regime and the smog hovering the cities in autumn.IMO,not a wow stock.

sentiment in play - investors' fear due to indo's current deficit figures coupled with earlier announced QE programme being recalled. It is the fundamentals that are supporting  all along e.g. Geo Energy has been strategically procuring new mine concession (5 thus far moving up the calorific value  chain  from low rank coke to hard coke e.g. thermal coal/ coking coal) and their focus is  on expanding on coal mining and reserves and not into investment holding company style (dilute resources). Their margin is high due to their coal strip ratio.

Crisis = Opportunity. Just adopt sutiable $ management and not overly into it. it is always into your investment/ trading time horizon.

 

Other countries got natural disasters, Singapore market has man-made disasters created by shortists :(

indeed.. there are always buyers and sellers. market will last longer than any individual.

 

Now coal prices goes down is the best time to collect cheap, if coal prices rebound then how? Chase the butterfly? 

A lots of people always like to chase high, but mostly in the end climb the wrong trees..

This company still had good fundamental, and the world need coal too.

They always said going for clean energy, but why till now still oil, gas and coal the most use throughout the world?
