Price action depend on lot of variables, it did went up to 2 dollar
buy when undervalued, sell when it is overvalued...
Good management is one that know how to create value for the company and also won't diluting share, so that it have a chance to go from overvalued to undervalued.
Diluting share is something a bad management would do (to me, it look like cashing out money from shareholder to pay themselves)

it is an interesting idea
But i think YZJ is better off staying alone...
His CEO / management is doing a superb job... I in and out this stock few round, what i really like about this company compare to other SGX stock, is that their shares count remain same thoughout...
They only grow the company without diluting the share holder value at all...

it is not about the amount of the Oil & Gas contract for YZJ that excites me
what excites me about YZJ is that it proves they have build a very good relationship with the MENA contacts ==> this is more valuable in the long term
MENA = Middle East North Africa
waiting for YZJ to go < 90 cts. may buy some to keep.
(Keppel , Semb and YZJ) BETTING 2 of them may have M & A news in the future.

When the economy down --- shipping also chui. However when the economy picks up --- shopping will advance like nobody business. Give it sometime. If all this greedy countries can build a more solid fundamental and let the economy grow by itself without printing of money then we will see a better tomorrow !
