"Actually, U Zaw Zaw is the biggest losser if this deal fails. I think if you look at prime partners so call fees, they too will loss big time if this deal fails. May be its their only biggest deal, so how can they let this deal fail.
If Spore dont get ZZ, I think its a big mistake! HK or even Malaysia will be more willing to accept a IPO? ZZ has chinese connection, so not difficult?
We could be in a long ride if after listing ZZ may be even more bigger than Yoma, bring in more deals?"
I transport this from punters gallery!

Samcorp Capital Corporation  is reducing their stake in Aussino.  Wonder WHY?
Cheers.

I just called my broker, she said after the 1:4 consolidation, offer will be at 32cents. Thats means if we buy now, theoretically it will be more worthwhile to buy at 8 cents. But is has risen a lot leow...
anybody got suggestion if we should buy aussino and let the shares convert into max strat or wait until consolidation is complete and buy?
that time i was foolish enough to buy at 15.9 cents - 10 lots.
i realised something was not right....
so i sold 5 lots at 15.3 cents and another 5 lots at 13.9 cents..
on hindsight, shouldn't have entered into Aussino in the first place...
aussino is in the midst of xformation, maybe some time in future it will become a bright star in Myanmar buz but for now better to leave it alone.
Well it gone down after halt lifted. Think almost 10%. So obviously market not taking this as good news.

tats bad!!!
This was in their statement released after suspension. Part of which says :-
The Transaction
Aussino has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement (the " Injection Agreement" ) with the shareholder of Max Strategic (the " Vendor" ) to acquire Max Strategic for a consideration of S$70 million. The acquisition consideration will be satisfied by the issue of 218,750,000 new consolidated shares (the " Consideration Shares" ) (which, for the avoidance of doubt, will be issued after the completion of the proposed share consolidation of every 4 existing shares into 1 consolidated share) to the Vendor at an issue price of S$0.32 (the " Issue Price" ) per Consideration Share.
Nett effect suggest that the valuation without consolidation is 0.08 cents. That's a discount from Friday's close. Does not help improve valuation of share I'm afraid.
