Singapore & Taiwan, 22 April 2013 –SGX Mainboard-listed Dukang Distillers Holdings Limited (“Dukang Distillers” or “杜 康 控 股 有 限 公 司 ”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), a leading producer of white liquor (“baijiu”) in Henan Province, China, has today launched its first ever Baijiu Cultural World Tour, starting with Singapore. This came on the heels of “Dukang” branded baijiu being endorsed as one of the appointed baijiu for the PRC government to serve foreign dignitaries.

The Group’s Baijiu Cultural World Tour formally commenced with a grand one-day event in Singapore to
commemorate two momentous ceremonies as part of the Group’s key milestones.
The first ceremony marked the tripartite agreement involving the Henan Provincial Alcoholic Beverages Industry Association (河 南 省 酒 业 协 会 ), the Chinese Baijiu Association (Singapore) (新 加 坡 中 国 白 酒 协 会 )and the Group on the strategic partnership to promote the “Dukang” brand baijiu throughout Singapore and other parts of Asia. This was conducted under the witness of the foreign affairs officials from Beijing and Henan Province and the Chinese Embassy in Singapore.
Through cooperation with key advocates of Chinese baijiu, the Group hopes to raise the profile of its brand and advance its ranks to be premium baijiu brand in various regions of Asia.
The second ceremony highlighted the signing of the letter of intent between the Group and a leading baijiu distributor in Singapore, Oasis Global, for the distributorship of the “Dukang” brand baijiu.
The signing of the distributorship agreement with Oasis Global, a local sole distributorship of top-tier baijiu brands such as Kweichow Moutai, would enable the Group to leverage on the vast network of the distributor to capture the increasing demand of baijiu in South East Asia.
During the event, the Group also showcased the long-standing history and tradition of baijiu and presented its iconic product series, Jiuzu Dukang. A baijiu tasting session was also conducted where participants would be able to enjoy the flavor of the traditional Chinese white liquor.
The one-day event was well-received with overwhelming responses and participation from the foreign affairs officials from Beijing and Henan Province, the Chinese Embassy in Singapore and representatives from the local associations of the alcohol and F& B industry in Singapore.
