Don't know how much that will help the company as a whole. from their released financials, their 2011 total comprehensive income was $1.672 million (inclusive of a net profit of $0.77 million). However, the accumulated losses stands at $144.265 million. Going to be a real long time before they dig themselves out of the hole they're in, assuming the company remains profitable, as they have for the last 2 years. Not my cup of tea, this company...

I believe they can if they make more efforts in marketing and maintaining prices of goods. Their products are already in demand, and sellable. Reducing costs and unnecessary expenditures is also very important for the well being of the company.

Agreed with you. You are quick to learn, lol. Though I think when you said making a profit of $5,000 for FY2012, you meant net profit of $5000, right?
From the looks of thing, this is not impossible for the company, already the Earnings before interests, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) was already nearly $5,000 million. If the expenses are reduced and company make more efforts in revenue, making more money is possible.
EBITDA is essentially net income with interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization added back to it, and can be used to analyze and compare profitability between companies and industries because it eliminates the effects of financing and accounting decisions.

You can ask your broker to put up to sell at 0.003 cents until it is executed. Or you can online put up everyday the queue. Then if you got it, you get back $3000 which means S$1000 profit. Just be patient, this stock will move when time is ripe. One day it will happen as long as it does not close down and as long as it improves on its trading profits.

Penny stocks are very scary things. When they go up or down, fortunes can be made or lost.
I bought at 0.02 cents now the buyer queue also no gain no loss if I sell back. You mentioned that SUNMOON has retail outlets. At first I thought was the Bubble tea business long queue , so I went around and found one Sunmoon shop and they also sell fruit juice for takeaways. Looks also like good business.
Thanks for the recommendation. I will hold on the shares until I see big gains, otherwise won't sell.

The cumulative profit for YTD11 was $1.73 million, compared to cumulative loss of $0.29 million for YTD10.
EBITDA
The Group's EBITDA for 3Q11 was $2.65 million which included the impairment written back mentioned above in Paragraph 8(4), compared to $1.26 million for 3Q10. The Group's EBITDA for YTD11 was $4.87 million compared to $2.32 million for YTD10.

This company can now be classified as turning around, if we take a lot at their qtrly profits. If it continues for several quarters, this is going to be gem.
